Shipping Policy

Production and transit times

Our In Memory Decals are custom made and shipped as fast as possible.  After your order is placed we will promptly review it for any problems and send it to our techs for production.

 

Your order will be produced and then shipped via USPS using the method you choose when you place your order.  When it ships we will send you an email with your shipping / tracking number.

 

Delivery times vary, but here is a general idea of what to expect depending on the shipping method you choose:

 

• Standard Processing – 2-4 day production – 3-5 day shipping – delivery in about 5-9 business days
• Priority Processing – 1-2 day production – 2-3 day shipping – delivery in about 3-5 business days
• Express Processing – 1 day production – 1-2 day shipping – delivery in about 1-3 business days*

 

*When you choose Express your order will ship within one business day.  If you order before 12pm CST your order will ship the same day.  If you order after 12PM CST your order will ship the next business day.  Express shipping is overnight to most states and 2 day for some.

 

We do not guarantee any shipping times.  Once the shipper picks up your order it is in their hands.  We do not have control of the shipment.
